Join us for a relaxing break based in the South Coast's premier resort, Bournemouth “Queen of the South Coast”; a perfect location from which to explore the delightful county of Dorset, an area immortalised by one of its most famous residents, the Victorian novelist & poet, Thomas Hardy. Our three included excursions offer plenty of variety; with visits to historic towns, traditional seaside resorts, the long-established Compton Acre Gardens. We take a nostalgic journey on the Swanage Steam Railway, and there will be the opportunity to explore the cathedral city of Chichester and the historic castle town of Arundel.

Located on the prestigious East Cliff, overlooking the bay, Bournemouth’s 4* Cumberland is just a short stroll from the beach and the vibrant town centre. This iconic Art Deco hotel boasts well-appointed public areas, stylish en-suite bedrooms, some with stunning sea views, and a restaurant serving delicious meals made from locally sourced produce. There is a lift and some rooms have a walk-in shower. Guests may use the indoor swimming pool in the neighbouring sister hotel.
